Refund & Cancellation Policy

All enrollments for Ignis Academy programs are made through one-time payments.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee only for programs spanning multiple weeks (such as our 6-week Python Bootcamp). If you are not satisfied with such programs, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the program start date or your enrollment date (whichever is later).

For short workshops, webinars, and masterclasses, we do not offer any refunds. Refunds are only applicable if the specific program explicitly states that it includes a money-back guarantee.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Ignis Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program. In such cases, enrolled participants will be informed accordingly, and appropriate resolution will be provided.
